The latest is a paper asking whether the support for the current ban on paid prioritisation from large internet service providers like Apple and Netflix can be reconciled with claims that these same large internet service providers could restrict competition if it were allowed:

Most people who visit this site will probably know me. For those that don't, I left Vodafone in mid 2013 after 25 years in the telecoms industry.
